The three floor house was contructed in the beginning of the 1990s in Berlin’s district Französisch Buchholz. Within the framework of an extended masterplan, the former green space was turned into a residential area. Due to partly massive structural damages, the necessity of an extensive renovation of the outer covering of the building was given. The renovation works include the loggias, the roof terraces, concrete renovation, the roof, and the façade. As transition between the inner and outer space new stair elements, which also serve as benches, are constructed on the terraces.
